Faculty of Sports of the University “Union – Nikola Tesla” successfully implemented the project “PREVENTION OF VIOLENCE AND INDECENTLY BEHAVIOR IN SPORT”, co-financed by the City Secretariat for Sports and Youth of the City of Belgrade. The project was implemented within the framework of the Competition for the co-financing of special programs in the field of sports in 2018 and lasted almost two months (from October 20th to December 02nd 2018).
The project was basically based on the realization of a series of lectures on the topic “Prevention of negative occurrences in sport – violence and misconduct” and was realized through 14 interactive – educational workshops.
The final beneficiaries were 50 secondary school students (mostly active athletes), as well as 100 students of various study programs at faculties in the field of sports (with direction: sports coach, sports manager, sports journalist).
